Careers, Employability & Talent Consultancy

ACE To Employment

Connecting people, education and industry.

Personalised guidance and commissioned consultancy across careers, employability and talent, supporting individuals and organisations in the UK, UAE and internationally.

We help people make informed decisions about their next steps and work with education providers, employers and public-sector organisations to strengthen the support, relationships and opportunities that make progression possible.

Professional expertise. Personal commitment.

Start with the person, not simply the career.

Choosing a course, entering employment or changing direction involves more than knowing which options exist. People need support that takes account of their circumstances, recognises their strengths and helps them act.

Organisations need that same understanding of the people they serve, alongside the expertise and capacity to deliver.

ACE brings these perspectives together, connecting individual guidance with education, employer engagement and the wider world of work.

Support that recognises individual circumstances

Some people arrive with a clear ambition. Others need time to recognise their strengths, explore unfamiliar options or build confidence in taking a first step.

ACE provides personalised guidance shaped around the individual, connecting their circumstances and aspirations with practical opportunities to progress.

Every commission receives the same care, thoroughness and commitment, whether it involves one person’s progression or a wider organisational brief.

Advice matters. But what you can do with it matters more.

Start with the need. We’ll build the right response.

Whether you are planning your own next step or commissioning support for others, tell us what you want to achieve. We will discuss your priorities and agree an approach suited to the people, objectives and circumstances involved. Services are tailored and quoted according to the brief.

Whatever your next step, #ACEit.
