ACE works with education providers and organisations to develop purposeful encounters, experiences and relationships connected to the needs of their learners and participants.
Support to identify and engage relevant employers, professionals and speakers for careers programmes.
Activities can include careers talks, workplace insight, networking, mock interviews and careers events. The emphasis is on relevance, preparation and helping participants make use of the experience.
Support with developing and coordinating work placements and industry experiences, with responsibilities and arrangements agreed for each commission.
We help connect participants’ interests with opportunities to explore work in context. Availability depends on the brief, employer participation and placement requirements.
A tailored event bringing industry perspectives into an education or employability setting.
The format can combine speakers, discussions, practical activities and opportunities for questions, organised around the audience and intended learning.
An effective experience gives participants something they can use afterwards: a better understanding of a role, a question to investigate, a contact to follow up or a clearer sense of direction.
