We work directly with individuals and deliver commissioned support for education institutions, employment programmes and other organisations.
Progression & Transition
Focused support at points of change, including moving on from school or college, preparing for university or employment, changing careers and returning to work.
Depending on the brief, this can include exploring pathways, researching opportunities, preparing applications and personal statements, interview preparation and planning the transition.
