When you contact us, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, role, who the enquiry is for, service interest, referral source and details of your enquiry.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential information about another person in the initial enquiry form.

Why we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, understand your requirements, discuss our services and manage related correspondence.

For general enquiries and enquiries made on behalf of organisations, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to prospective clients and managing business relationships.

Where you contact us about purchasing a service for yourself, we process information as necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We may also retain information where necessary to meet legal obligations.

Storage and access

This website does not maintain a separate enquiry database or an enquiries dashboard. Our website is hosted through Lovable. Information submitted to the form is processed by the website to validate the enquiry; it is not intentionally retained in application logs.

Lovable Emails is configured to send form emails using notify.acetoemployment.co.uk. Sender-domain verification is pending. Until verification is complete, the form cannot accept enquiries and will show a failure message. You can contact us directly by email instead.

Once verified, Lovable Emails will send your enquiry to lionne@acetoemployment.co.uk and an acknowledgement to you. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address on the notification so we can reply directly; replies to your acknowledgement go to our ACE mailbox. Our existing mailbox and its receiving settings are unchanged. Correspondence is retained in our email systems, not in a separate website enquiry database. Lovable manages email delivery records, retries and recipient suppression separately from this website.

Access is limited to people who need the information to manage enquiries, provide services or maintain the systems.

Providers and international processing

Website hosting, communications and email delivery may involve processing outside the UK. Lovable provides website hosting and the configured Lovable Emails service. The specific processing locations, subprocessors and applicable international-transfer safeguards for email delivery and our existing mailbox have not yet been verified. These details remain to be confirmed before direct form email delivery is activated.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, complete relevant follow-up and maintain a necessary record of our correspondence.

When deciding how long to retain it, we consider whether the enquiry remains active, whether it has resulted in a service relationship, and whether records are needed for legal obligations or resolving complaints or disputes. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted.

Marketing

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing mailing list.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing or transfer of information you have provided.

Your right to object: You may object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests.
